Shankarpur:
The Shankarpur Fishing Harbour Project is nearly
14 km away from Digha.Shankarpur is less crowded from east Digha. It can explore  a wide and unspoiled beach, caesarian groves by the side of a gentle sea round the year. There is also a regular fishing Harbour.
Chandaneshwar:It is only 8 kms from Digha. It is the site of an old Shiva temple.An old Siva Temple, 8 km. from Digha. Also Lankeswari (14 km.) and Kapal Kundala Temple(45 km.) near Contai may be visited.
JunputJunput is 40 km. from Digha by bus, with a change at Contai. The place offers beautiful sea-view and lines of caesarian trees.Brackish water fish cultivation and research are done here by the State Government Fisheries Department.

Gopegarh Eco Tourism Center
Gopegarh Eco Tourism centre - It  is located about 25 km North of Kharagpur and 5 km from Midnapore town. The park was once a fort of a Gope King. The ruins of the ancient fort is still there. It is believed to be linked  BiratRaj of Mahabharata.  The place is surrounded by natural beauty. This eco-tourism centre is situated on the banks of River Kasai or Kangsabati. 
KARNAGARH TEMPLE
 Karnagarh is located at a distance of 10 k.m. from Medinipur town. The remains of an old fort still attract the tourists. Remains of rampart, castle, temples, barracks, and lakes are still seen there .  Anadilinga ‘Dandeswar’ Mahadev temples are still there with its glory and Mahamaya temple is just beside it. . A gateway of these temples is also well decorated. ‘Raghubaba’, this holy person once came here and contributed half of his life, almost 30-35 years as a devotee and priest of these temples. The place is famous to local devotees for his contribution.

Taj Mahal
