British Residency
A mark of British presence in Lucknow, the council house is the seat of UP government. Other notable buildings are the Post office and the New Market of Hazratganj. There is no better heritage mark than Residency in Lucknow that narrates a royal story. The main building surrounded by extensive lawns overlooks the River Gomti.
